We began many years ago as a small organization
providing educational services to Florida Space Coast condominium associations
and their boards of administration. We have
grown over the years and expanded our horizon to welcome home owners', cooperative, and time share associations as well
as condominium associations. Therefore we will begin
to be known as Space Coast Communities Association over the coming
months.
We plan to continue building on our 30+ year heritage
and hope to provide great service to all Central Florida common interest
ownership communities.
