1. Just click the button below for the kind of application form you need. 

2. When the application opens, you can fill it in on-line. Just use your tab key to move from one blank to the next. When you get to the check boxes, click with your left mouse button (or press the enter key) to put a check mark in any box you want to check before moving on with the tab key. Be sure to print all the copies you want before closing the form!
   
   (Of course if you prefer you can also just print off the form and fill it in by hand.)

3. Currently you can not submit the completed application on-line.  When you are done, just print out the form, sign it, and mail it to us with your check to the address shown on the form.  (The amount of the fee is shown on the application.) 

Association Membership: Applying on behalf of your residential condominium, homeowners, timeshare, or cooperative association? Note: Residential condominiums only.  Commercial condominiums may join as Business Associate members.

Notes: 

1. Some security software is very aggressive with its (perhaps overly) protective features.  This can result in a requirement to hold down the control key to make some links work and, in such cases, the linked page may show up underneath the page you were viewing, rather than above it as you would expect.  Google Toolbar, among other things, can cause this behavior.

2. If you don't already have it installed, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and fill in these forms. It's free!!
