It's important.  Little has more impact on the day-to-day business of Florida common interest ownership housing associations (condominium, home owners', cooperative, and time-share associations) than the annual doings of the Florida Legislature. 

During the annual legislative session you will find here news about what is going on -- the good, the bad, and the ugly.  Keep informed so that you can let your State Senators and Representatives know you views about what is going on.  You CAN make a difference.  The regular legislative session starts on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in March and runs for a period not to exceed 60 days.

After the annual legislative session you will find here news and information about important changes in Florida law that passed during the session that impacts how your operate your association.
