Note: At the June 18th SCCA meeting, our speaker called attention to new statutory provisions requiring specific text to be used for the written notice associations must give to tenants of delinquent owners in order to require the tenant to pay rent to the association rather than the owner.  That change is part of Florida House Bill 1195, which is effective July 1, 2011, and applies to condominium, cooperative, and homeowners' associations.
